Meet Our Team

Mike Luck
Head of New Zealand
Mike is the Head of New Zealand at AK Group New Zealand Ltd, with more than 35 years of FMCG industry experience. He has held senior leadership roles with some of New Zealand’s most recognised corporates, with expertise across sales, distribution, brand development, business management, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving with Pran-RFL Group Bangladesh, Mike leads business development initiatives and strategic partnerships to support growth across New Zealand and international markets. He is passionate about building long-term relationships and creating strong business partnerships in a positive and collaborative environment.
Ai Kafi
Director – Business Development
Ai Kafi is the Director – Business Development at AK Group New Zealand Ltd, with over 10 years of FMCG industry experience and a strong background in commercial banking and business development. He holds a BCom and PGDipBus from The University of Auckland and previously worked as a Commercial Bank Manager at Bank of New Zealand. Ai Kafi currently works full-time with Pran-RFL Group Bangladesh, leading business development initiatives and building strategic partnerships to drive growth across New Zealand and international markets.
